Virtual Staging
AREMAC turns professionally photographed vacant or under-furnished rooms into polished, realistically staged images, so buyers browsing your listing online can picture how each space could look and be used.
Why stage
Empty rooms can be hard to read in photos. Virtual staging adds realistic furniture and decor to your listing images so buyers can understand each room at a glance.
Furnish vacant rooms. Bring empty living areas, bedrooms and dining spaces to life in the listing photos.
Communicate scale and use. Furniture gives a sense of room size and shows what each space is for.
Suggest a layout. Show one way a room could be arranged, including flexible spaces like dens or lofts.
Present a finished listing. A staged image looks more complete alongside the rest of your listing photos.
No physical installation. There’s no furniture to rent, move in or remove once the property sells.
What we stage
Staging is added to your professionally shot listing photos, room by room, with furniture and decor chosen to suit the property.
Sofas, rugs, tables and decor arranged to show how the main living space works and where the focal points are.
Primary and guest bedrooms furnished to show how a bed and storage fit, and how much space is left around them.
Dining sets and lighting that define the eating area in open-plan layouts and separate dining rooms.
Several rooms staged in a consistent style, so the whole listing reads as one furnished home, from condos to penthouses.
Show a room with a different wall color to help buyers see past a dated or bold paint choice.
Remove leftover items or clutter from a photo before staging, so the room presents cleanly.

Why AREMAC
We shoot the rooms and stage them, so lighting, angles and editing line up across the whole listing.
Staging is scaled and placed to suit each room’s proportions and light, so the result reads as a real space.
Pair staged photos with video, drone, Matterport tours, floor plans and property websites from the same booking.
Book your shoot and staging, manage orders and download finished images through our online ordering portal.
What is virtual staging?
Virtual staging adds realistic, digitally created furniture and decor to photos of vacant or sparsely furnished rooms. The room itself isn’t changed; only the listing image is.
Which rooms work best?
Main living areas, primary bedrooms and dining spaces usually make the biggest difference, because they’re the rooms buyers look at most. Bright, well-composed photos give the best results.
Will I get the original vacant photos too?
If you’d like the unstaged versions alongside the staged images, mention it when you book. Many MLSs require virtually staged photos to be identified as such, so check your MLS rules for how to present them.
Can the furniture style vary?
Yes. Let us know the look you want, such as modern, coastal or classic, and we’ll stage the rooms to suit the property and its likely buyers.
