Aerial Photography & Video
AREMAC provides professional aerial photography and drone video for real estate and property marketing across South Florida, showing the home, the lot, the water and the neighborhood from a perspective ground photos can’t reach.
Why aerials
Some of a property’s most important features can only be understood from above. Drone imagery adds context that interior and ground-level photos can’t.
Scale and layout. Lot size, roof lines, driveways, pools and outdoor amenities, and how they all fit together.
Water and access. Docks, seawalls and the canals, Intracoastal or ocean the property sits on.
Location and context. The surrounding neighborhood, nearby beaches, parks and landmarks, and how close the property is to them.
Large and commercial properties. Estates, condominium towers and commercial sites that are too big to capture well from the ground.
What we fly
Aerial coverage for residential, luxury and commercial properties, planned around what the property needs to show.
High-angle and overhead stills of the home, lot and surroundings, edited to match your ground-level listing photos.
Smooth aerial footage for listing videos, social media and property websites, on its own or cut into a full listing film.
Docks, seawalls, canals and water views captured to show how the property relates to the water around it.
Large homes, pools, gardens and outdoor living areas shown in full, the way buyers of high-end property expect to see them.
Towers, commercial buildings and multi-unit properties, with the location, frontage and surroundings in view.
Top-down views of roofs, lots and site layouts, plus before-and-after progress imagery for builders and developers.
Licensed pilots
Commercial drone work in the United States requires a remote pilot certificate under the FAA’s Part 107 rules. AREMAC’s aerial photography and video is flown by FAA Part 107 licensed pilots.
Before each flight we check the airspace around the property and plan the shoot around local restrictions and conditions. Some locations, such as areas near airports or controlled airspace, may need additional authorization or may not allow a flight at all. We’ll let you know if that applies to your property.
Coastal South Florida
For waterfront homes, much of the value is in the water itself. Aerial photos and video document what’s there so buyers can see it before they visit.
Dock configuration. The dock, lifts, pilings and seawall, and how they sit on the lot.
Boat space. Where a vessel is docked or the space is visible, aerials help buyers picture the size of boat the property can accommodate.
Route to the water. The canal, Intracoastal or ocean the property connects to, and the waterways in between.
Waterfront context. Neighboring properties, nearby marinas, inlets and beaches.
Aerials visually document the property and its surroundings. Buyers should confirm details such as water depth, bridge clearances and navigability independently.

Can you fly a drone at every property?
Not always. Some properties sit in or near controlled airspace, such as areas close to airports, or in locations with other flight restrictions. We review the airspace when you book and let you know if a flight isn’t possible or needs additional authorization.
What happens if the weather isn’t suitable?
Drones can’t fly safely in rain or strong wind, and South Florida weather can change quickly. If conditions aren’t suitable on the day, we’ll work with you to reschedule the aerial portion of the shoot.
Can I combine drone with photography and video?
Yes. Aerials are usually booked alongside real estate photography and video in the same visit, so the whole listing has a consistent look.
Do you photograph waterfront properties?
Yes, waterfront homes are some of the properties where aerials help most. We capture docks, seawalls, water views and the surrounding waterways. Buyers should confirm details such as water depth and bridge clearances independently.
