Fort Lauderdale
From canal-front homes with private docks to oceanfront condominium towers, AREMAC photographs Fort Lauderdale residential, luxury and waterfront listings, with video, drone and 3D tours available in the same visit.
Shooting in Fort Lauderdale
Much of Fort Lauderdale’s housing sits on the water, along canals, the Intracoastal or the beach, and buyers want to see exactly what that access looks like.
Canal and Intracoastal homes. We photograph the seawall, dock and water frontage alongside the house, and use aerials to show how the canal connects to open water where airspace allows.
Oceanfront condominiums. For towers along the beach, we capture the unit, the balcony outlook and the building’s pool, beach access and amenities where management permits.
Architectural and luxury homes. Modern new builds and renovated residences need clean lines, true color on stone and glass, and careful exterior timing.
Outdoor living. Pools, covered terraces, summer kitchens and waterfront patios are often the deciding spaces, so they get the same attention as the interiors.

Core service
Each Fort Lauderdale shoot covers the interiors, exterior and the outdoor spaces buyers care about, with color-corrected editing delivered ready for the MLS and your marketing.
On waterfront listings we add views from the dock and the water side of the home; on condo listings we include the view from the unit and the shared amenities.

How do you photograph waterfront and canal homes?
Along with the interiors, we photograph the backyard, seawall, dock and the view across the water, and where airspace allows we add aerials showing the canal or Intracoastal frontage. Tell us about the dock and boat access when you book so we include it.
Can you shoot a condo in an oceanfront building?
Yes. We photograph the unit, the balcony view and, where building management allows, the pool deck, lobby and beach access. Some buildings require advance notice for vendors, so share any building rules when you book.
Is drone photography always available in Fort Lauderdale?
Not always. Parts of Fort Lauderdale are in controlled airspace near the area’s airports, so whether we can fly depends on the address and on FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 licensed pilots review each location before the shoot, and some sites or times may not be flyable.
Can I combine photography, video and a Matterport tour?
Yes. Video, Matterport 3D tours, drone and floor plans can all be booked with photography and captured in the same appointment.
