Miami
AREMAC photographs Miami listings, from high-rise condominiums and waterfront homes to luxury residences and select commercial spaces, and can add video, drone, Matterport and floor plans in the same visit.
Shooting in Miami
Miami listings are often sold on what surrounds them as much as the rooms themselves: the view from the glass, the water, the building and the neighborhood. We plan each shoot around those details.
High-rise and condominium units. Floor-to-ceiling glass means balancing bright skyline or bay views against the interior, so the view and the room both read clearly. We work around building access rules, which in many towers means scheduling with management in advance.
Waterfront properties. For homes and condos on the bay, the ocean or a canal, we time exterior and aerial shots for the light and show the water, docks and outlook buyers are paying for.
Luxury residences. Larger homes need coverage of outdoor living areas, pools and entertaining spaces alongside the main rooms, with twilight exteriors where they suit the property.
Architecture and finishes. From modern glass towers to Mediterranean-style homes, we photograph the architectural details and finishes that set a property apart.
Location context. Where airspace allows, aerial photos show how a property sits relative to the water, the skyline and the surrounding area.
Core service
Every Miami shoot starts with professionally lit, carefully composed interior and exterior photography, edited for consistent color and delivered ready for the MLS, listing portals and your own marketing.
For condo units we include the views and building amenities where access allows; for homes we cover the exterior, outdoor living areas and the rooms that matter most to buyers.

Why AREMAC
Our work is listing media for agents, brokers, builders and property owners, so every shoot is planned around how a property will be marketed.
Photography, video, drone, Matterport tours and floor plans can be captured by one team in one visit.
Aerial work is flown by licensed remote pilots who check airspace and authorization requirements for each Miami address.
We have photographed high-rise, oceanfront and waterfront properties across South Florida, and booking is handled through a simple online ordering portal.
What types of Miami properties do you photograph?
Condominiums and high-rise units, waterfront homes, luxury residences, single-family homes and new construction. Our Miami-area work includes Brickell, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne.
Can you photograph a condo in a high-rise building?
Yes. Many Miami towers have their own rules for vendors, such as advance scheduling with management or limited access to amenity areas. Let us know about any building requirements when you book so we can plan the shoot around them.
Is drone photography available everywhere in Miami?
Not always. Much of the Miami area sits in controlled airspace around its airports, so whether we can fly depends on the property’s location and on FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 licensed pilots check each address before the shoot, and some locations or times may not be possible to fly.
Can I add video or a Matterport tour to a Miami photo shoot?
Yes. Video, Matterport 3D tours, drone and floor plans can be booked with photography and captured in the same visit.
