Please note that you will have to pay before downloading the materials. Bills that are note fulfilled within 30 days will have a 10% additional fee. 

Unless a special contract is written all pictures, video and other marketing materials produced by Aremac Photography belongs to Aremac Photography. The Copyright is owned by Aremac Photography and you are granted a license to use the materials for as long as the property is listed unless stated otherwise.

If the weather is poor and you decide to go ahead with our scheduled shoot we will replace the clouds with vibrant blue skys, please remember that nothing can 100% replace natural sunlight. 

$50 cancelation fee if we travel to location and you decide to shoot another day. 

We will turn around you most material in 16-36 hours. Videos can be 2-5 business days depending on the package you choose. Turn around time will be affected by

1. If the home is staged and ready to be shot. DECLUTTER! The more you clean and stage the better your pictures will look, and the quicker we can get to the office to edit them!
2. If the house is larger than normal.
3. Less people in the house will mean less opps! moments walking into the shot

When you shoot with AREMAC you will create an account with us and a login to our website. Here at the customer portal you will be able to access and download the materials. 
We will host them for up to one year on your account.
